Operations 1
Whether the Wastewater crew can pull right-up or have to float in, they work to serve you 24/7!

The Wastewater Maintenance Division is a front-runner when it comes to the use of existing and emerging technologies. On a daily basis, the City’s Wastewater staff use a wide variety of hardware and software to efficiently operate and maintain City infrastructure.

The City has developed a Source Control Program to address the discharge of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) by residential and commercial users and to address the discharge generated by industrial users. The Source Control Program has three areas of focus:

  1. Education and outreach
  2. Monitoring and inspections
  3. Regulation and enforcement
