The Redmond Police Department’s annual Citizens Academy will start on January 12th, 2017. This 12-week program helps familiarize the public with common police procedures, activities and investigative techniques. More than 25 Officers and department Volunteers participate as instructors, and role-players resulting in positive feedback for the Department, the City, and law enforcement in general. Classes will be held every Thursday from 6:30-9:30pm in the Public Safety Training Room. There is no charge for this class. Space is limited, so register early! Registration will close at 5pm on January 2nd, 2017.
