The affected area in downtown Redmond is bounded by NE 90th St., 164th Ave. NE, continuing to NE 85th St. and then east to 166th Ave. NE to Redmond Way to Cleveland Street, to Leary Way NE, to 159th Place NE, to Bear Creek Pkwy., and continuing on Redmond Way to the Sammamish River and NE 85th St. and then to 154th Ave. NE.

2-hour parking designations, with some exceptions including 3-hour, 1-hour or 15-minute load/unload, are in effect from 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays are considered any time Redmond City Hall is closed. Scooters, motorcycles and disabled on-street parking is available all-day and does not require an all-day parking permit.
Monthly On-Street All-Day Parking Permits
A limited number of paid parking permits, allowing all-day parking in designated extended by permit zones, are available for sale on a monthly or annual basis. A map of the permit parking zones is available above. Permits are $50 per month or $600 per year.

Daily On-Street Parking Permits
One-day on-street parking passes are available for purchase for $5/day at the pay station at the Redmond Central Connector Pay-to-Park lot located at the corner of Bear Creek Pkwy. and Leary Way NE, the entrance to the lot is on Bear Creek Pkwy. The pay station accepts cash or credit (no coins). Place ticket on dash. This pass is valid for on-street anywhere in the affected Downtown parking area.
Parking time limits are actively enforced by Redmond's contracted parking enforcement agency. Tickets are issued to vehicles exceeding the maximum parking time. Parking violations are $29 and payable to the King County Municipal Court.
PLEASE NOTE! Moving a vehicle and re-parking within the same day on the same street is subject to violation.
Adjacent to the Redmond Central Connector, located at 7541 Leary Way NE at the corner of Bear Creek Pkwy. and Leary Way NE. Users can enter the lot off Bear Creek Parkway. The lot has 92 parking spaces. It is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and is monitored Pay-to-Park lot Monday-Friday from 9 am–7 pm. All vehicles must register at the pay station and pricing varies from $1 up to $5 for all day parking, with the first hour free. Registration pass is required for 1st hour free as well. First hour free until December 1, 2014. Rates will then be 0-2 hours, $1.
