Submittal Appointments

When are appointments to submit a permit application required?

An applicant must make an appointment (known as an "intake appointment") when applying for any permit that must undergo plan review or when submitting applications for three (3) or more over-the-counter (OTC) permits.

These appointments are typically one (1) hour long and allow for a comprehensive review for required submittal documents, initialization of the permit(s) into our system and payment of fees.

Building Permit Applications
The Building Division is excited to offer an online appointment scheduling tool to schedule your appointment online. Land Use Permit Applications
Intake appointments are required for submittal for all Land Use Applications. Please call the Planner on Call at 425-556-2494 or email at to schedule an appointment. Intake appointments are only scheduled on Monday’s and Tuesday.
